Refund and Returns Policy

Pure Ghee Bites strives to ensure that every customer receives fresh, handcrafted sweets made with care. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Perishable Items (No Returns)

Since our products are freshly prepared perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This is standard practice across the food industry and ensures food safety and hygiene.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that all sales are final and not eligible for return once delivered.

2. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to the perishable nature of the items.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is visibly spoiled, damaged, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images. If your claim is verified, we will:

  • Resend the affected item(s) at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund for the affected item(s)

We cannot process such claims after 24 hours, as the product’s freshness may no longer be verifiable.

4. Shelf Life

All products come with a recommended shelf life, clearly mentioned on each product page. Please ensure consumption within that period for best taste and safety. Items consumed past their shelf life are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We will notify you via email when the refund has been processed.

6. Free Shipping Note

We offer free shipping pan-India. Therefore, in the event of a refund, only the product value will be refunded. There are no shipping fees to return or refund.

7. Policy Compliance & Cooperation

To help us process returns or refunds effectively, please cooperate fully by providing requested information or retaining the damaged product until advised otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect misuse or abuse of our policy.

8. Final Sale Disclaimer

Due to food safety and hygiene laws, all sales of edible items are final upon delivery. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on delivered food items except as outlined above.
